Friday is my usual weigh in day!
I have decided that I will just continue
to put my very personal battle with weight
right out in the open!
Just this is my battle.
I know others struggle as well
and we need to help each other!
Motivate each other!
Just straight up teamwork!
2 weeks ago I started a new diet.
I am not using this blog to support
one type of diet or another.
Every person has to find what works for them...
Right now, this is what I need.
I have a friend who has been so
successful on this and has been a huge
inspiration to me.
It is called the Dukan Diet,
based off the research of a French Doctor.
If you want more info,
I recommend reading the book.
Be fully invested in the process.
Research as much as you can before you start a weight loss program.

Well worth the read.
Anyways, back to my point!
I decided to be right out in the open
with my actual numbers...good and bad.

i can take time for me, that is okay

i CAN find time to eat a healthy balanced diet

i can do anything i put my mind to
