Protein Day ideas!



Here is a video
that shows a typical protein day for me!

If you need the recipe for the 
Dukan Gallette/Pancake,
here it is.

2 tbps oat bran
stevia and cinnamon to taste
1 tbsp plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 egg white 

Mix all together 
and cook in a frying pan over medium high heat.
