Did you think I disappeared?!?!?

Well thank heavens I didn't! 
What have I been up to the past few months. 
Amazingly, I have not fallen off the wagon. 
I am still diligently following my Dukan diet 
with a few mishaps here and there

I am very happy with how 
I survived the holidays.
I did have some roller coaster weight gains.
We spend a week at Disneyland,
I ate poorly for a set amount of days
at 
halloween
thanksgiving
my birthday
christmas
and new years!

What I learned was that I could 
get right back to my
healthy lifestyle.
For instance,
I ate poorly the whole week of Christmas.
It was lovely.
But Saturday the 26th,
I got right back to business!

As you can see,
Christmas and all the sugar and salt,
I put on some serious water weight!
That came off pretty fast and 
I am sure that I put on about 5 solid lbs
throughout the fall.
Not too bad! 

I am committing myself to regular
weight posts...follow me friday,
plus
regular recipes,
I have few more coming soon!

It doesn't matter what kind of diet you chose!
Just commit to it!
Right!!!!
It is January 7!
